Carole Hodges is a popular and entertaining speaker with business owners and sales professionals. She teaches the fine art of decoding the unconscious buying signals that drive sales and create happy customers. Carole has been a life and business coach since 2003. She is a Master Practitioner of NLP, hypnosis and DISC personality styles. She trained with masters such as Harv Ecker, Chris Howard, Clinton Swaine, Carol Dysart, Allison Armstrong and Paul Lemberg. She is a Certified Practitioner of Creation Technologies™ and an award winning speaker certified to train powerful presenters.
Prior to coaching, Carole won national awards for her sales to Fortune 100 companies at MCI/WorldCom. As the Video Services Product Manager at MCI/WorldCom she developed a new pricing strategy which resulted in winning the largest video service contract in the industry. She served as the Executive Vice-President of the International Multimedia Telecommunications Consortium for two years and presented internationally.
Carole has also been a principal in companies as diverse as wind and solar energy plants, investment banking and accounting services. She is also a trained singer, dancer and actress and has performed in over 25 musicals and plays as well as TV commercials and films.
Carole founded The YES Connection in 2003 and enjoys sharing information on her blog, Pesky Peeps! She is an EzineArticles Platinum Author and has coached hundreds of business owners internationally.
