The detailed personality profile is the first essential step in your development. You will gain a clear understanding of your gifts and your weaknesses. You can purchase this report alone or take advantage of discounts with the Group Interpretation, Private Interpretation or Partnership Planning options.

Group Interpretation Teleclass for Individuals

In a teleclass limited to 10 people, you can get more specific interpretation of your DISC profile and learn from the experience of others. You will gain self-confidence in living your style and learn how to get the support of others. This will be an opportunity to ask specific questions in how to apply this knowledge in your life and business. Whether you are a manager or a mom you will find new ways to apply your self-knowledge with others. This class offers increased awareness of your impact on others, and how to get your needs met with specific application.

Classes are available on Tuesday at 2pm Pacific, or Saturday at 9 am Pacific. Other classes may be arranged if you have a group

Personal Interpretation & Planning Session

Taking time for an in depth discussion of your DISC profile with a certified communication coach will allow you to appreciate your unique gift to others and gain real clarity on how you respond in both business and personal situation. A personal DISC session is highly recommended if you want to:

Understand how to communicate at work
Improve personal communication with friends and family
Teach others how to communicate with you
Develop an effective sales strategy
Identify methods of addressing personal challenges

FOR PARTNERS AND COUPLES

This option is ideal for any two people who live, date, or work together - couples: dating, engaged, or married - parents with teens, business partners or even room mates!

The profile process is a little different. Each completes their own profile separately first with the focus of 'Me when I am in relationship with ___' . You share your answers and if the other person doesn't agree, you discuss it until you get consensus. Submit the final answers for processing.

You will each receive your individual profiles to share with each other. Listening to the “Basics of DISC” recording, or reading “Understanding Styles” will give you the foundation of DISC.

Private debrief sessions enable you to find new things to appreciate about each other, and to form a strategy to avoid common irritations that cause upset in relationships. The first session is for understanding. The second session is to for a communication strategy. This is ideal for those who want to:

PEOPLE SKILLS FOR COMPANIES AND MANAGEMENT

People are critical to the success of your business. You can get the RIGHT people in any job if you take time to profile the job and match the candidates to your expectations.

DISC can make the difference. A facilitator works with management and designated employees to define the personality which is ideal for a specific position. Then pre-screened prospective employees take the DISC profile to determine the best fit.

Job Profiling for Employment Candidates

Hiring mistakes are costly. Employees are happiest when they are doing jobs which suit their personality. DISC profiling can assist management in selecting candidates who will be well suited and happy in their position. It can also assist management in assigning tasks to the most appropriate employees.

A job profile is created by the manager, HR manager and/or employees who will be working with the new employee. Together they agree upon requirements for the job. Based upon this feedback, a DISC job profile is generated.

The DISC profiles of 3-5 pre-screened candidates are compared against the job profile. The creation of job profile is facilitated by a certified coach. The coach will assist in comparing candidates against the job profile. DISC profiling of additional candidates is not included in this offering. They are required and must be purchased separately.
